While the Pathway to Law program encourages a diversity of students to explore and prepare for a variety of individually appropriate law and law-related occupations, it should be noted that students interested in becoming an attorney will need to develop a relatively high GPA (often above a 3.0) with strong, reading, writing, and critical thinking skills and should be willing and able to prepare for the rigors of law school, the bar exam, and the legal profession.
