Textpad Download For Ubuntu. In the mid seventies I purchased a from the well established UK division of Reader's Digest. I was impressed, not only with the quality of the vinyl, but the fact that, unlike many of their contemporary compilation competitors, they actually used the original recordings. The album sleeves were interesting, and the information concerning each of the tracks on the set was amazingly detailed. It began a lifelong affair with music in general, and I became an avid collector of other RD sets. In 1993, I was lucky enough to work for Reader's Digest, creating their compilations and seeing my own mark put upon their releases. When I left in 2003, I had no control over the output, even though I held a higher position within the company. Their releases had certainly become less about quality and more about keeping costs down, this resulted in more cover version collections and sets made by other companies.
This is why this list only goes up to 2003. The forty years that will be covered by this blog, hopefully lists every music collection released by the company in the UK during the period. I welcome details on any that I may have missed. The list includes all main releases. Bonus albums, demos and other items will be listed seperately.eventually! PLEASE NOTE: This is a work in progress - details and corrections will be made as I notice them. Gary King I'm hoping your UK experience can help with a US question. I am trying to determine what the catalog number of a RD box set would be. There are many numbers in various places, so finding the number that represents the box set is troubling. I have several of the RD box sets, but for example, 'The Best Of The Swing Years' has RDA-113/A in the lower left corner of the box set's front image. It also has RD4A-113 on each disk with a '-1', '-2', etc.
To represent the number of the specific record within the set. Each side also has a specific number, H1RS-1001 for record 1, side 1; H1RS-1002 for record 1 side 2, etc. Cooley Munson Debt Rarest here.
